truly DREAMING BIG Coaching has become his lifestyle (not just his job) as he works shoulder-to-shoulder honing the skills
and talents of executives and professionals. He has recently embarked on speaking seminars.
His "Life happens...What's Your Plan?" Seminars targets the overloaded business professional, re-learning work-life balance techniques for everyday living.
Eric’s has a passion for aviation that began as a young man fueling airplanes at an FBO in western Colorado, he encountered an A-6 jet
flameout during an emergency landing. Immediately, he knew he wanted to fly! As a flight attendant for Western Airlines
based out of California, the cockpit crews encouraged him to enroll in a pro pilot program. Taking their advice, he moved back to
Colorado to study aviation management. While earning his wings, he worked for Combs-Gates Denver and Continental Airlines in crew
scheduling and ramp operations. He was privileged to learn aircraft accident investigation with the NTSB as a part time, on call
trainee. After the Continental Airlines hostile takeover, Eric sold Piper aircraft parts and then landed a job with FedEx where he
earned his management practices certificate.
Eric left aviation to pursue a career in the medical field teaching surgical instrumentation techniques with the use of total knee,
hip and spinal fusion systems to surgeons. His experience in the medical environment inspired him to create
H. Victory "An Instrument of Hope," the first national recycling medical goods program to benefit third world countries.
To support his nonprofit work, Eric founded Medi Resource Network, the first dot com in the world for medical products.
Eric became an ordained minister and, for the next 15 years, served as a non-denominational minister, marriage coach, coach to
inner city leaders, teacher, and counselor, as well as serving as chaplain and Moral Leadership Officer for the Civil Air Patrol
squadrons in St. Augustine and Jacksonville Florida wing. Some of his cadets served at the command center during one of the five
hurricanes that crisscrossed Florida.
With a wealth of experience in several disciplines and industries, and many years of long hours and hard work, Eric decided he was
ready for his life to take a different turn. Standing at a crossroad, he followed the path that led him to become a professional
life-coach and enlisted the best coach available to perfect his craft. Eric’s current coaching practice is the culmination of a
lifetime of work, corporate training, and hands on learning experience. Eric's dynamic process brings balance and significant return
on investment for his clients in four areas: business, personal and family life, health, and spirituality. Eric has coached hundreds
of people in all walks of life and business, adhering to the philosophy that coaching is a process, not a quick fix.
Eric captured many of his coaching techniques in his book the Birthing of a God Idea, published in 2007. In it, he shares the how-to
process for DREAMING BIG, giving readers the basic instructions and interactive exercises that enable them to transform their
dreams and visions from inception to completion.
The natural extension of Eric’s teachings is the His "Life happens...Whats your plan? seminars" , started in April 2008 with speaking engagements at
Sun ‘n Fun, the second largest aviation convention of its kind. Reawakening a passion for flying that developed as a teen, Eric
is now turning his focus to the aviation community, an exclusive kinship with unique issues and concerns. Fulfilling his own life-long
dream of owning a plane, Eric now flies around the country teaching others how to attain their dreams by DREAMING BIG.
